Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church believes that the Holy Bible is the inspired Word of God and is the basis for any statement of faith. We band ourselves together as a body of baptized believers in Jesus Christ personally committed to sharing the good news of salvation to lost mankind.

Meet The Leadership

Randy Clark Jr.
Head Pastor
Randy Clark is a native of Rappahannock County, VA. He graduated from Rappahannock High School in 1995. After graduation, Randy went to work at UPS. He retired from UPS in 2024.
Randy and his wife, Nicole, along with their four children: Camryn, Caitlyn, Madisyn, and Dallas, began attending Reynolds in 2009. During his time at Reynolds, Randy served as the Youth Pastor from 2012-2020 and as the Associate Pastor from 2020 - 2022. He now serves as the Head Pastor. Randy loves the Lord and he loves leading people to a stronger relationship with Jesus Christ.
When Randy is not working or studying, he enjoys, hunting, working on cars, traveling with Nicole, and cooking for his family!

Dr. Richard Smith
Elder
Dr. Richard Smith is a retired Air Force Colonel, pilot and commander, serving during the Vietnam War through Operation Iraqi Freedom. After 26 years he retired and became the Chief Executive Officer of Creative Management Strategies, an international consulting firm specializing in executive and organizational development. Retiring again, he became a full-time graduate school professor. He still teaches research and leadership classes in the Air Force's Air University graduate program.
Richard has been married to his wonderful wife, Carolyn, for more than six decades. They have participated in over 25 church and organizational domestic and international mission trips, including Israel, Africa, Central and South America, and Eastern Europe. They are both Bible Study leaders.
Richard and Carolyn enjoy their church's and great-grandchildrens' many activities.

Dan Bailey
Elder
Dan grew up in Front Royal, VA and graduated from Warren County High School in 1986. Following graduation, Dan joined the United States Marine Corps and served until 1990. After his time in the USMC, Dan attended college and graduated with a BS degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing in 1995 from San Diego State University; San Diego, CA. Later in life, Dan went on to complete a Masters of Business Administration from Liberty University Online.
In 1995, Dan started a career lasting 28 years with The Sherwin-Williams Company, from which he retired as an Industrial Sales Represenative/Senior Coating Inspector in 2024.
Now, Dan and his wife, Machelle, live in their home in Sperryville. They are planning to vacation and enjoy each other's company in retirement. Dan enjoys spending time with family, being a jack of all trades around the home, and looks forward to being outdoors hunting in the fall.
His love for the Lord and Reynolds Memorial Baptist Church have been a big part of his life for many years. This has led him to become an elder of the church; helping and leading others to Christ.

Ella Mae Harper-Mueller
Youth Leader
Ella Mae has served as the Youth Leader at Reynolds since 2022.
Ella Mae has a Post Graduate degree in Youth and History from Liberty University. She also has a Graduate degree in Counseling from James Madison University.
She is a native of Front Royal and has been married to her husband, Gary, for 37 years. They love dogs, traveling, camping, history, playing games and spending time with family and friends.
