Meet The Leadership
Randy Clark Jr.
Head Pastor
Randy Clark is a native of Rappahannock County. He has served as the Head Pastor at Reynolds since 2022. Prior to becoming the Head Pastor, Randy served as the Associate Pastor since 2020. He also served as the Youth Pastor from 2012 to 2020.
Before his time at Reynolds, Randy worked at UPS since 1996. He recently retired from that career and now serves in ministry full-time.
Randy is married to Nicole, his wife of 24 years. They have four children: Camryn, Caitlyn, Madisyn, and Dallas. When Randy is not working or studying, he enjoys working on cars, traveling with Nicole, and cooking for his family!
Ella Mae Harper-Mueller
Youth Leader
Ella Mae has served as the Youth Leader at Reynolds since 2022.
Ella Mae has a Post Graduate degree in Youth and History from Liberty University. She also has a Graduate degree in Counseling from James Madison University.
She is a native of Front Royal and has been married to her husband, Gary, for 37 years. They love dogs, traveling, camping, history, playing games and spending time with family and friends.
